You may not use Retouchly AI to upload, generate, or distribute content that is:

• NSFW (Not Safe for Work), sexually explicit or pornographic, or any content involving minors
• Illegal or promotes illegal activity
• Infringing copyrighted/trademarked material without rights
• Hate/harassment/threats/violence
• Malware/spyware or attempts to exploit the Service

Our AI image-processing API provider enforces safety filters that block NSFW content and the system is unable to process such content.

We may block processing, suspend accounts, or restrict outputs for attempted violations, including to comply with legal and payment partner requirements.
