Subscriptions

You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Because the Service provides immediate access and digital processing credits:

• Monthly plans: we generally do not provide refunds for partial months after renewal.
• Duplicate charges or billing errors: we will refund verified billing mistakes.
• Service not working: if a technical issue prevents you from using the Service, contact us within 7 days of the charge. If we cannot resolve the issue, we may provide a refund at our discretion.

Email saasolutional@gmail.com with your account email, the invoice/transaction ID, and a brief description of the issue.

This policy does not limit rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.
