This Privacy Policy explains how BuildWithDeni (“Operator,” “we,” “us”) collects and uses personal data when you use Retouchly AI (the “Service”).

1) What we collect

Account data: email address and account details.

Uploaded images and generated outputs: images you upload (“Input”) and edited images returned (“Output”).

Usage and device data: basic logs (IP address, browser/device info, timestamps) and basic analytics events.

Payment data: payments are handled by our payment/merchant-of-record partners. We do not store full card details. We may receive limited billing metadata such as plan status, transaction IDs, and invoice information.

2) How we use data

We use your data to provide the Service (upload, process, return outputs), maintain accounts and support, prevent fraud/abuse, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

3) How image processing works

Your Input is processed automatically to generate Output. Processing may involve trusted third-party infrastructure providers acting as processors.

NSFW content (Not Safe for Work)

Retouchly AI does not allow sexually explicit or pornographic content, or any content involving minors. If you attempt to upload prohibited NSFW content, processing may be blocked.

Our AI image-processing API provider enforces safety filters that block NSFW content and the system is unable to process such content.

We do not manually review user images unless you explicitly request support and share an image with support, or we must investigate abuse, fraud, or legal issues.

4) Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and as needed for legal/compliance.

Uploaded images/outputs are retained for up to 30 days unless you delete them sooner or we must retain copies for legal reasons. Backups may persist for a limited time.

5) Deleting your data

You can request deletion of your account and associated content by emailing saasolutional@gmail.com. Some data may be retained where required by law or legitimate business needs (e.g., tax records).

6) Sharing and disclosures

We share data only with service providers (hosting, AI processing, analytics, email delivery), payment partners for billing/compliance, and authorities if required by law. We do not sell personal information.

7) International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than where you live depending on provider locations. We use appropriate safeguards where required.

8) Security

We use reasonable measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9) Children’s privacy

The Service is not intended for children under the age required to consent to online services in your jurisdiction.

10) Your rights
